🚴‍♂️ Bearcat alumni and friends hit the road right after graduation for a 360-mile journey all the way from Pittsburgh to Washington, D.C., in support of Saint Vincent College’s Students First Fund.

From May 9–16, riders biked alongside Dr. Jeff Mallory, C’06, G’13, and Dr. Greg Bisignani to help create opportunities for Saint Vincent students while also making some new memories for themselves. Every mile made a difference, and every gift moved the mission forward. 💚 💛

From Latrobe to the Vatican.

This month, SVC president Father Paul Taylor, O.S.B., and Seminary rector Father Edward Mazich, O.S.B., met Pope Leo XIV, sharing the mission of Saint Vincent and Benedictine education.

They presented the Holy Father with a Roman Verostko work from the Verostko Center for the Arts for the Vatican collection, plus a Training Camp Edition Terrible Towel that drew a smile.

As part of their visit, Father Paul and Father Ed also connected with students and Benedictine leaders at the Collegio Sant'Anselmo.

Rain or shine, our Bearcats on Bikes persevered. 🚴‍♂️

Last week, a group of Saint Vincent students, alumni, faculty, and friends set out on a weeklong ride from Pittsburgh to Washington, D.C. They arrived on May 15 after more than 300 miles on the trail. Along the way, they pushed through rainy stretches, soaked in some great views, and built even stronger connections with one another.

The journey included a special alumni gathering in Cumberland, Maryland, bringing the Bearcat network together on the road.

Every mile our Bearcats rode supported the Students First Fund. Best of all, you can still be part of the impact: 🔗 https://crowdfunding.stvincent.edu/organizations/bearcats-on-bikes #
