🗣️ Incoming and Current Students!

We’d love to have you participate in SVC Ensembles.

All ensembles are open to students of any major. Reach out to one of our ensemble directors today to learn about the fall season.

Concert Band: Mondays 7:30-9:30pm. Open to woodwinds, brass, and percussion. Seating auditions held the 1st Monday of fall classes. Email: [email protected]

Choir: Tuesdays 4-6pm. Open to singers of all majors, no audition required. Email: [email protected]

Theater: Fall Play and Spring Musical. Lead, ensemble, and production opportunities available. Email: [email protected]

Jazz Ensemble: Thursdays 6:00-8:00pm. Open to saxes, trumpets, trombones, and rhythm section. Auditions held the 1st Thursday of fall classes. Email: [email protected]

The Department of Music & Performing Arts is thrilled to welcome Sarah Esslinger as Director of the Saint Vincent College Singers.

Sarah is the Director of Vocal Activities at Greater Latrobe Senior High School where she directs the Concert, Chamber, and Treble Choirs. In addition to her work at GLSHS, she teaches voice in ensemble and private settings at Stage Right! School for the Performing Arts in Greensburg. As a performer, Sarah sings in the Core of the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh and as the soprano section leader at First Presbyterian Church of Greensburg.

Welcome, Sarah, to the Saint Vincent community!
