We're so used to seeing shiny resumes and career highlights on social media, but rarely do we see the sometimes harrowing and oftentimes wondering story behind it. When we do, it's usually from a memoir at the end.

In this program, Jordana Alter Cofino (from Fordham University Law School) and Ashley Menzies Babatunde will discuss overcoming setbacks and offer guidance for law students and recent graduates navigating their legal careers. Ashley will share her personal struggle with the bar exam and unpack some of the lessons learned along the way, including practical tips for overcoming career setbacks. Ashley and Jordana will also discuss reining in perfectionism and redefining self-worth and how to cultivate a growth mindset to achieve wellbeing and success as an attorney.
