We are the Rider University Global Studies Society. Our goals are to promote global and cultural awareness by holding events and going on various trips. The Global Studies Society is a student organization that provides students with educational information regarding different domestic and international issues. GSS brings advocacy to those in need by providing the Rider campus with interest

ing workshops that involve numerous speakers representing world wide based organizations. We want to educate the Rider community on concerning international issues to help our community expand their knowledge. Not only that, but to also help expand the networking of Rider students through these different workshops. The professionals that speak at events hosted by GSS are qualified individuals that can provide students with contact information to their desired career field. Our hope is to educate Rider students, advocate for those in need, and collaborate with well suited organizations.

Hello Global Studies Society Members,

We hope your final week of class is going well. As a way to end this semester, Global Studies Society is having a MOVIE NIGHT EVENT!!! Will be watching Skyfall 007 on Thursday May 1st at 6:30pm in North Hall 208. There will be light refreshments, snacks, and drinks.
