Cloey Rentschler ’27, a neuroscience major, is in her first year volunteering with Girls on the Run Mid-State PA () as part of their Milton School District team. Throughout the season, she has built meaningful connections and created lasting memories in her role as a coach. She is especially excited to see the girls reach their goals at the end-of-season 5K on the morning of April 25 at the Lewisburg YMCA.
Cloey shares, “I highly encourage students to run or volunteer at GOTR 5K events at the Lewisburg Y—you really get to witness the positive impact this program has on young girls in our community. Opportunities include cheering participants on, helping with registration, or even serving as a running buddy.” To learn more about the April 25th event, visit: https://www.gotrmidstatepa.org/5k-lewisburg .

This academic year, Cloey has also served as an intern with the Center for Community Engaged Leadership, Learning and Research, where she has helped facilitate workshops on various community engagement topics.
Thank you, Cloey, for your dedication to supporting a local youth development program, and making a difference in the community!
