UK Department of Animal & Food Sciences honors two poultry leaders

• Ashley Peterson received the Distinguished Alumnus Award and Anthony Pescatore was inducted into the department's Hall of Fame at the 2026 UK Department of Animal & Food Sciences reunion.

At its Oct. 9, 2026 reunion celebration, the University of Kentucky Department of Animal and Food Sciences at the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment honored two leaders whose careers have strengthened poultry production, policy, education and outreach.
