Website: http://www.generalssports.com/sports/fh/index First ODAC Championship since 2005.

Founded in 2000, Washington and Lee Field Hockey Generals are coached by Gina Wills and assisted by Kylie Cale. In her first season (2015), Coach Wills led the team to an 11-7 overall record and 6-1 in conference. The Generals were regular ODAC season Champions and made it to the finals of the ODAC Championship tournament. Coach Wills was named Coach of the Year.

2016 was another great year for W

&L. 13-7 overall and 6-2 in the conference, the Generals made their way back to the Championship game. Senior Maggie Waxter was named Player of the Year.

2017 - ODAC Champions. 14-4 overall and a perfect 7-0 in the conference during the regular season.
