For the past 24 hours, brothers participated in the no-sitting, no-sleeping DanceBlue marathon to rally for pediatric hematology/oncology. This event is the largest philanthropy event in the SEC, raising $2.4 million this year.

This was an unforgettable experience that encouraged countless families to keep fighting ‘til the battle is won. Thank you to everyone who supported us along the way, we can’t wait to do it again next year!

Favorite Lambda Chi memory: Red River Gorge Brotherhood Event

Why Lambda Chi?: “I joined Lambda Chi to be a part of a brotherhood of builders and a group of men who had the initiative to do great things. The experience of building a fraternity from the ground up makes Lambda Chi more than a Fraternity, it makes it a brotherhood.”

We are so proud of you, Andrew! Thank you for stepping up, and being an exceptional leader within the chapter and campus community.

February’s brother of the month goes to Blake Bratcher!

Hometown: Roundhill, KY

Major: Natural Resources and Environmental Science & Public Policy

Involvements: External Vice President, Executive At-Large 1, DanceBlue Team Captain, Interfraternity Council Bylaws Committee, Lewis Honors College, Martin-Gatton Student Leadership Academy, Kappa Alpha Pi Pre-Law & Government Fraternity, Collegiate Farm Bureau

Favorite Lambda Chi Memory: High Zeta Retreat 2025

Why Lambda Chi?: “I joined Lambda Chi knowing that I did not want the traditional fraternity experience. Being a founding father and helping re-establish the chapter as a freshman has given countless opportunities for growth, including leadership development and the chance to help build an organization rooted in strong values. It has also connected me with an incredible network of people across campus and throughout the Lexington community. Most importantly, the experience of building something from the ground up alongside my brothers has made Lambda Chi feel like more than just a fraternity, but something meaningful that will last long after graduation.”

Congratulations, Blake! Your hard work and dedication to the chapter’s success and philanthropy efforts does not go unnoticed.
