THE STAGE IS SET FOR OUR BIGGEST CAREER FAIR YET!

There’s something pretty special about walking into these rooms right now.

The tables are set. The booths are ready. Everything is in place.

And right now? It’s the calm before the storm.

But tomorrow, these quiet rooms will look a whole lot different!

They’ll be filled with conversations, handshakes, introductions, and hopefully a whole lot of opportunities that turn into something life-changing.

Tomorrow, we’re welcoming employers from across the country to the University of Northwestern Ohio for our 2026 Fall Career Fair, and I couldn’t be more excited about what we’ve put together!

What I love most about looking at these empty tables is knowing what they’re going to represent tomorrow.

For one student, it might be their first internship.

For another, it might be the conversation that leads to their dream job.

For someone else, it might simply be the moment they realize just how many opportunities are out there waiting for them.

And for our employers, it might be the day they meet their next great employee.

That’s what makes all the planning, preparation, and hard work worth it.
