Our speaker this year is associate professor, author, and speaker Noah Giansiracusa from Bentley University. The lecture will be preceded by a lunch in Avery 348 from 12:00–1:15 pm. Our 28th Annual Rowlee Lecture (https://math.unl.edu/howard-rowlee-lecture-2026/) featured Professor Qing Nie (https://faculty.sites.uci.edu/qnie/) from University of California, Irvine who gave a wonderful presentation on ``Systems Learning of Single Cells." Congratulations to the 152 Data Science and Math students named on the Dean's List and the 15 students named on the Dean’s Commendation List for Fall 2025! All of these students obtained at least a 3.75 GPA with those on the Dean's List completing at least 12 credit hours, and those on the Dean’s Commendation List completing 6-11 credit hours.
