Please join us in congratulating Dewayne "Dewey" Ullsperger on being honored as one of five 2026 honorees for the North American Interfraternity Conference Alumnus Award of Distinction. Dewey has served Acacia for more than four decades and has had an incredible impact on advancing the Fraternity both locally and internationally! We are grateful to have Dewey represent Acacia and the Nebraska Chapter at such a high level for so many years! Thank you and a well earned Congratulations!!!

Conclave 2026 was a great success! The Chapter came home with four awards including Financial Operations, Human Service, Good of the Fraternity, and the Reach Silver award!

Connecting with Acacians from across the US and our Canadian brothers was an awesome experience! We learned a lot that we hope to use in developing as leaders going into this upcoming school year and beyond!

Mark your calendars now... we're onto New Orleans in 2028!

Bruce Froendt ( #859) has been honored as a recipient of Acacia Fraternity's highest individual honor, the Award of Merit! Bruce becomes just the 16th member of the Nebraska Chapter to have earned this honor in our 121 years of history!

Bruce founded and is the Executive Director the AllPlay organization (allplay.org) as part of the Miracle League. The organization helps ensure all can play baseball in a fun, safe, and supportive environment regardless of mental or physical disabilities. His dedication to finding ways to allow all kids to be able to play has made a positive difference in countless lives in the Omaha and Lincoln communities. His efforts, generosity, and selflessness has allowed families to enjoy each season free of charge while creating lifelong memories.

Representing the US in the 1988 Summer Paralympics, the Coleridge, Nebraska native has represented Acacia in an extraordinary fashion. Bruce Froendt is an excellent example of what an Acacian should be and certainly deserved this honor! Congratulations Bruce, and thank you!!!
