Move-Out is coming soon!
As the end of the semester approaches, here are some important tips to help you prepare for a smooth Move-Out:
All residence halls and on-campus apartments will close for the summer on Saturday, May 16, at 6:00 p.m. Students are expected to leave 24-hours after their last exam unless they are participating in graduation. All students and graduates must leave by the time the residence halls close. The last meal served for the semester will be brunch on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
Before you leave:
• Return your keys to avoid charges.
• Clean your room/suite/apartment and remove all trash.
• Place large, unwanted, non-electronic items directly into the dumpsters. Do not place large items in the trash rooms.
• Place electronics, microwaves, TV’s, refrigerators, etc. to the side of the dumpster. Do not place these items in the dumpster.

All students must vacate their room, suite, or apartment by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2026, unless they have received permission to stay. Before leaving, complete the steps outlined on the Spring Break Closing Checklist, which will be hung on doors later this week.

Winter Break is coming up, are you prepared? All students must vacate their room, suite, or apartment twenty-four (24) hours after their last final exam OR by 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 13th, whichever comes first! Before leaving, complete the steps outlined on the Winter Break Closing Checklist, which will be hung on doors later this week.
