Alpha Chi Rho is a national men's collegiate fraternity whose purpose is to enhance the life long intellectual, moral, and social development of our members through guidance of our landmarks. Alpha Chi Rho is a Fraternity that will not only help to prepare you for a successful life after college, but also make your time at Lock Haven, the greatest years of your life. There is no better way to matu

re socially, excel academically, and prepare for your future than to be a brother of Alpha Chi Rho! Brotherhood- The bond that you form with your brothers in AXP will last a lifetime. We participate in various activities together and your brothers will become your second family. Scholarship- We pride ourselves on our academic standards and offer tutoring services to our brothers. The national fraternity gives out $15,000 worth of scholarships annually to brothers. Philanthropy- We host several philanthropy events every year in order to raise money for charities. This money goes to organizations such as the American Cancer Society. Social- We host several social events with sororities on campus every semester in addition to our annual formal dinner. We also participate in Homecoming and Greek Week every year. Leadership- Men of AXP are leaders both during and after college. Fraternity life offers brothers a chance to demonstrate and improve their leadership skills by taking on one of many chair or executive board positions. This experience better prepares our members for careers after college and it is no wonder why 85% of Fortune 500 executives belong to a fraternity. Community Service- We give back to the community by volunteering our time to help out in Lock Haven and the surrounding areas. Networking- We have a vast network of alumni both in state and even in other areas of the country. This is useful for locating jobs in virtually any career path that you choose after college.

Congrats to Graduate Brother Alex Dunkelberger for graduating Ranger school and this morning. We are so incredibly proud of him for the perseverance and mental challenges he faced. It takes guts to take a bet on yourself to go to a training like that, and this is just a primary example of what kind of men our chapter attracts, that go on to accomplish major things in the real world.

This weekend reminded us why being a part of Alpha Chi Rho is more than just four years; it truly is for life. Welcoming our alumni back home, hearing their stories, and celebrating the brotherhood they helped build was a meaningful reminder of the legacy that continues to inspire us today. The impact they’ve had on this chapter and on each of us individually is something we deeply value and will always strive to honor.

We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to host once again and to bring together generations of brothers under one roof filled with laughter, reflection, and lifelong memories.

A special thank you to our amazing Sweetheart, Cate Goodwin, for the beautiful dye table and banner, and to Sophie and Abby for lending your creativity and support. Your time and effort made the weekend even more memorable and meaningful for everyone involved. 🐦‍⬛❤️
