Our department is excited to help share information about the upcoming 2026 USU Brain Health Fair, a free community event focused on lifelong brain health, healthy aging, and dementia prevention.
Hosted by the Emma Eccles Jones College of Education, Health, & Human Sciences in collaboration with Intermountain Health, the Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Research Center (ADRC), and the Sorenson Legacy Foundation Center for Clinical Excellence (SCCE), the event will bring together experts, researchers, healthcare professionals, and community partners for a day of education and engagement.

Attendees will have opportunities to:
• Learn practical strategies for supporting brain health across the lifespan
• Attend presentations and Q&A sessions with experts in aging and dementia research
• Explore the Prevent Alzheimer’s for Life (PALS) Study
• Participate in wellness activities including Tai Chi, mindfulness, and chair yoga
• Enjoy MIND Diet cooking demonstrations and samples
• Connect with community resources for caregivers and families
This event is designed for individuals, families, caregivers, students, and community members interested in cognitive wellness and healthy aging.
