USU Master of Public Health USU College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences Master of Public Health.

Building the next generation of leaders in Public Health Nutrition and Veterinary Public Health. The Master of Public Health (MPH) program with concentrations in Public Health Nutrition and Veterinary Public Health offered through the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences (CAAS) is very unique to the region. This program offers a specific combination of education and applied practice experiences that are tailored to students interested in these specific areas of the public health field. Students in the CAAS MPH program are often dietitians, veterinarians, and other public health professionals who are pursuing continued education to advance their career opportunities. The program is also ideal for recent graduates of health and science-related bachelor’s programs and is a great way to prepare for PhD programs, veterinary school, and medical school. This program is available 100% online to accommodate students who have other professional and personal responsibilities.

🍂 A new season brings new beginnings.

As we welcome a new academic year, the USU Master of Public Health program is celebrating our new students, welcoming back our returning students, and congratulating our recent graduates. We’re also entering an exciting new chapter as Dr. Mateja Savoie Roskos transitions into her new role as Senior Vice Provost and Casey Coombs steps into the role of Interim MPH Director.

We’re grateful for the community that has helped our program grow and look forward to another year of learning, collaboration, and making an impact in public health. 💙
