🥑 Eating an avocado a day keeps your blood sugar at bay

New research from researchers at Loma Linda University School of Public Health found that adding one avocado daily significantly reduced dietary glycemic load — a factor linked to blood sugar response and risk for type 2 diabetes.

Avocados provide healthy unsaturated fats, fiber, and naturally contain zero grams of sugar, making them a nutrient-dense addition to meals and snacks.

💚 Small changes can make a big difference.

Here's a reason not to skip breakfast 🍳

New research from Loma Linda University shows that eating eggs regularly is linked to a significantly lower risk of Alzheimer's Disease — and even eating them just a few times a month made a difference.

“Compared to never eating eggs, eating at least five eggs per week can decrease risk of Alzheimer’s,” said Joan Sabaté, MD, DrPH, a professor at Loma Linda University School of Public Health and the study’s principal investigator.

The findings:
• 1–3x per month → 17% lower risk
• 2–4x per week → 20% lower risk
• 5+ per week → up to 27% lower risk
