The LBCC Foundation is honored to have received the 2026 Life Vest Award from Pools of Hope at their Annual Awards Brunch in recognition of our longstanding partnership and shared commitment to providing enriching summer camp experiences for youth in North Long Beach.

The LBCC Foundation proudly honors the Vocational and Registered Nursing graduates of Long Beach City College who completed their nursing degrees and were celebrated at the Spring 2026 Nursing Pinning Ceremony! To recognize their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to caring for others, every nursing graduate received a scholarship check at the ceremony. 🎉

🌟 The LBCC Multidisciplinary Center recently hosted an open house to showcase its new Taylor Kliesen Sensory Space and The Campground, both spaces designed to support student's well-being, self-regulation, and success.

The LBCC Foundation's Libary and Learning Resources Committee helped with a matching fund grant to support the creation of these inclusive and supportive environments for all students.
