Maricopa Community Colleges is breaking records!! Conferring more than 300 workforce-aligned bachelor’s degrees this month, the district will celebrate the largest graduating class since it launched its CCBs in fall 2023.

The district plans to introduce new degree programs with a goal of offering 26 bachelor’s degrees by 2032 in healthcare, information technology, finance, construction and artificial intelligence.

Maricopa Community Colleges is preparing to confer more than 300 workforce-aligned bachelor’s degrees during its 2026 commencement season, marking the largest graduating class since the programs launched in fall 2023.

Community college baccalaureates continue to grow

“Growth in these states is linked to policy decisions that open the door to baccalaureate degrees for large numbers of historically underserved students who, through these programs, contribute to the inclusive economic and social development for underserved communities,” the report says.
