🔍 Research and analyze the company & posting description 

🪄 Highlight key words & phrases from the posting in experience bullet points (Ex., team player, problem solver, analytical, creative, etc. | Showcase these skills in your listed experiences!)

🪞 Mirror your resume language to the job description (Use words & phrases you highlighted) 

📌 Select your experiences that relate to the role (Have a universal resume with all your experiences! Then for each job you apply for, customize it accordingly.)
