Two Olympic Champions, Harold Connolly and Koji Murofushi. Before YouTube and AI coaches athletes had to work hard to acquire knowledge and learn about the art of throwing. Hal won gold in 1956 and Koji 48 years latter in 2004.

Thanks to people like Hal we know so much more about technique through trial and errors, it’s wonderful to see how far we came.

3 turn practice throw vs. 4 turn competition throw.
Max is getting better and better at 4 turns. The rhythm and connection with the hammer was better as the year went. Small progress each day pays dividends.
