Aren’t we actors lucky this man was born on this day, 121 years ago? Today we celebrate a man who completely transformed the craft of Acting from performance and indication to behaving, truthfully under imaginary circumstances. But even beyond changing the craft of Acting, he taught us a way to be present, and to work from our Hearts. Thank you, Mr. Meisner.

Our upcoming Scene Study class dives into stylized language — not to teach you to “speak Shakespeare,” but to sharpen how you think, listen, respond, and make language physical.
