Mental health is not a state of static perfection, nor is it merely the absence of illness. It is an ongoing dialogue with the deeper layers of our own psyche.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we honor the courage it takes to engage in the inner work—to look into the shadows, integrate the complex parts of ourselves, and move toward wholeness rather than perfection. True psychological well-being means making space for all parts of our lived experience, recognizing that even our deepest struggles often hold the seeds of transformation and individuation.

Let us treat our inner worlds, and each other, with patience, curiosity, and radical compassion. 🌌🌱

June 6th is our bi-annual secondhand book sale! No RSVP necessary, just come down to the C.G. Jung Bookstore and Library on June 6th to browse titles on psychology, mythology, dreams, philosophy, art, religion, and MORE!

We'll be set up in the courtyard from 11 am to 4 pm.
