Emerson College has been named by Variety as an honoree in its 2026 Top Film Schools list 🏆

Variety editors reviewed top entertainment education schools for this year’s list, evaluating each program’s current offerings, including courses, instructors, and entertainment-focused training across film, music, TV, and related fields. This week, we were proud to partner with the to host Prom Day, an event that brings more than 200 unhoused LAUSD students from more than 70 schools to our campus. Students were able to select everything needed for prom—from dresses to accessories—completely free of charge. Thanks to the Emerson LA students and alumni who volunteered at the event. 💜
