I stopped into Humble Bird in North Hollywood while I was out and I’m really glad I did.

I tried their Nashville Sando and watched it come together—crispy fried chicken dipped in sauce, seasoned, and stacked into a sandwich that delivers exactly what you want from this style of spot.

Simple, straightforward, and well executed. Worth a stop if you’re in the area. Great service by Marvin.
