It is so important to exam your stools everyday!! Those of you who are Acupuncture Patients/Students know that we ALWAYS ask about your stools, the color, the size/shape, the frequency, the smell!! All these factors help us determine what's going on internally 💩 So next time you go to the bathroom, don't forget to take a good look in the toilet 💩 & if you're not having a bowel movement everyday try increasing your water & fiber intake, in most cases this should solve the problem 🤗
