The College of Professional and Global Education (PaGE) at Cal State L.A. offers a wide array of programs and educational pathways to meet the diverse needs of learners at every stage. Whether you are an international student interested in pursuing study in the U.S., a resident student seeking to study abroad, a professional looking to enhance your skills, a former student looking to complete your

degree, a community member interested in taking classes at Cal State L.A. or you are seeking personal enrichment, PaGE can help you to achieve your goals. As one of the eight colleges at Cal State L.A., PaGE has the unique mission of providing continuing higher education classes and programs to individuals, businesses, government and non-profits in the Greater Los Angeles area and beyond. PaGE also serves as the liaison to international students and partners for the Cal State L.A. campus. We provide a variety of opportunities for international students to study in Los Angeles as well as study abroad and exchange programs for Cal State L.A. students. Students and community members can also take advantage of access to Cal State L.A. classes via two programs administered by our College: Open University and Summer Session. Recognizing that arts organizations, like many sectors, are experiencing a period of massive change where old models are proving to be ineffective and unsustainable, the Arts Management Certificate Program at Cal State LA Downtown positions learners as innovators and centers on change management. Taught by Los Angeles Arts Organizations Leaders, Saturday program courses explore new models for arts leadership and encourage students to cultivate sustainable, ethical careers, both for themselves and for other artists and managers. The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nutritional Science (PBNTRS) Online Program provides students with the knowledge and skills to become entry-level registered dietitian nutritionists (RDs or RDNs).

The PBNTRS Program:
• Allows individuals with degrees in other fields or disciplines who have a passion for nutrition to pursue a new profession and/or change careers.
• Provides students with the required courses they need to move on to become a registered dietitian in a one-year time frame. (3 semesters; full-time online course load).
• Curriculum provides the foundation for students to continue their education in nutrition or related fields at the graduate level.
• Faculty are working dieticians and specialists in many fields.

The program application period is February 1-28, 2026, for Summer admission.

The Master of Social Work - Advanced Standing Program (MSW-ASP) at Cal State LA Downtown is an accelerated, 11-month, 33-unit program designed for candidates who hold a BSW from an accredited institution. Admission to the MSW-ASP allows qualified students to complete the MSW degree in an abbreviated timeframe.
