USC Gould School of Law's 2026 Real Estate Law and Business Forum brought together hundreds of attorneys, developers, investors and industry leaders to examine the legal, economic and regulatory forces reshaping commercial real estate.
From macroeconomic forecasts and post-wildfire rebuilding to AI's growing role in legal practice and the future of mobility infrastructure, speakers explored the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. The forum also featured a keynote conversation with USC Trustees Glenn Sonnenberg, Jaime L. Lee and Amy A. Ross, Ph.D., on universities as drivers of innovation and community investment.
Hosted by USC Gould's Continuing Legal Education, the annual forum continues to convene leaders from across the profession for timely conversations on the issues shaping real estate law and business.
