The Student Assembly for Gender Empowerment is one of many assemblies within the USC Program Board. We are a queer, trans, and nonbinary inclusive organization.

SAGE works to empower and uplift those oppressed by the patriarchy. Post your thoughts and articles pertaining to issues/information/news regarding feminism and gender! 📣 Our guest speaker for this Thursday’s Consent and Community: Interactive Awareness Night is Linda Hoos!

Linda Hoos is USC’s Vice President of Civil Rights Compliance and Title VI and Title IX Coordinator. 💜✨

Join us as we discuss consent, explore how to navigate boundaries, and learn ways to support our friends and peers. Through interactive activities and group discussions we’ll learn how we can help create a safer and more supportive community during Red Zone Awareness Month. ❤️‍🔥🫶🏻

We’re closing out the year with an impactful SA 101 Presentation + Violence Prevention Specialist Speaker Panel, focused on education, awareness, and building safer communities through conversation and advocacy 💬🌿

We’ll also be featuring a guided discussion and space for reflection as we wrap up the year together 🤍
