College Academic Counseling (CAC) is committed to our Undergraduates and in helping them make their campus life and learning experience a positive one. CAC provides information and assistance so that College of Letters and Science Undergraduates can make well-informed decisions about their course of study and degree progress. CAC Peer Counselors, College Academic Mentors, and College Counselors answer academic questions on program planning and degree requirements, present workshops on various topics, offer virtual counseling, and publish weekly newsletters on College policies and campus events. Please note that only postings with the CAC logo should be considered official information. This page is the place for incoming, current and returning UCLA College undergraduate students and departments to find information about deadlines, upcoming events, and general articles of interest. We encourage UCLA departments to post information about events and articles that would also be relevant and of interest to our students. We don’t like to censor, but we do like to be inclusive and fair. We expect all students, staff, and faculty who may post or comment to uphold the UCLA True Bruin Standards:http://www.truebruin.ucla.edu/statement.htm. 🍂 This is a friendly reminder that the Winter 2027 enrollment appointments for UCLA students and Schedule of Classes become available starting October 19th, 2026

💻 To view your enrollment appointments, visit MyUCLA > Classes > Enrollment Appointments. Visit sa.ucla.edu/ro/public/soc to browse the Schedule of Classes.
If you want to learn more about your enrollment appointments, visit the Registrar’s Office website at registrar.ucla.edu > Registration and Classes > Enrollment Appointments and Passes. To contact the Registrar’s Office about any questions or concerns related to enrollment appointments, you can reach them via the Message Center on MyUCLA.

📖 For additional program planning support, we invite you to enroll in our Bruin Learn course, “College of L&S Advising: Guide for Academic Planning and Intentional Engagement” to access modules that will navigate you through the Degree Audit Report System, support your major exploration, and help you to create a two-to-four year academic plan. Plus, you will gain access to an Interactive Degree Planner that tracks your 60 upper division unit and 180 unit requirements! We want to remind you that Week 10 is the last week to submit a Restricted Late Drop petition for a NON-IMPACTED course during Weeks 8-10 to your College Advising Unit. You have until 4:30 PM PT on Friday of Week 10, June 5, 2026 , to submit this petition, and it must be submitted ➡️online ⬅️,not in person.
Note that an instructor verification on the form is required, and there will be a transcript notation and a fee for dropping the non-impacted course. Please note that study list petition requests for the current term cannot be processed if you have holds that prevent enrollment transactions.

friendly reminder that this Friday (05/15/2026) at 11:59 PM is the last day to drop a non-impacted course via MyUCLA.

❗Note that there is no petition or fee to drop the non-impacted course, but there will be a transcript notation.

💻To check if your class is impacted, you can confirm by going to registrar.ucla.edu > Registration and Classes > Schedule of Classes > search for your class > open the class description and look under “Enrollment Information.”
