Calling all 4-H’ers that are interested in advancing their quilting skills!

Get creative and learn the art of quilting with 4-H at Quilting Camp! This is a great opportunity to learn new skills, explore your creativity, and create something special to be proud of!

📅 February 11–13, 2027
📍 Carson Springs Baptist Conference Center – Newport, TN

The cost for youth campers is $250, and an additional buddy may attend for $200. Please note that a $100 scholarship will be provided for each registered youth camper.

**This event is open to 6th - 12th grade 4-H'ers that have used a sewing machine before and can independently operate a sewing machine and sew an even ¼-inch seam allowance.

Horse Bowl & Hippology Practice!

Are you ready to put your horse knowledge to the test? Join the Loudon County 4-H Horse Bowl & Hippology Team for practice as we prepare for the upcoming contest!

Whether you’re a horse expert or just getting started, this is a great opportunity to learn more about horses, build your knowledge, and develop teamwork and critical-thinking skills.

Our first practice will be on Wednesday October 28th at 5:00PM! Our practices will be hosted at the Loudon County Extension Office.

The results are in! Congratulations to the Loudon County 4-H Livestock Judging Team on placing 11th Overall at the American Royal Livestock Judging Contest yesterday in Kansas City, Missouri!

The team had a great day, earning the following team honors:
- 5th High Team - Swine
- 7th High Team - Reasons
- 8th High Team - Sheep & Goats

We are also proud to recognize our individual accomplishments!

- Rebekah (Liza) Silver placed 5th High Individual in Swine and 12th in Reasons!
- Lauren Lincomfelt placed 12th in Sheep & Goats!
- Isabel Clendenen placed 12th in Swine!

We are incredibly proud of these 4-H’ers for their hard work and dedication. Competing at a national contest is an accomplishment worth celebrating, and we are excited to see all that this team continues to achieve!

Help us congratulate the Loudon County 4-H Livestock Judging Team on a job well done!

Calling all 6th - 12th grade students in Loudon County!

Join us for our October 4-H Honor Club meeting on Tuesday, October 20th, at 6:00 PM at the Loudon County Extension Office (100 River Rd. Suite 112 Loudon, TN 37774).

This month, our 4-H’ers will be learning about Honor Club Applications while making dog toys and thank-you cards for veterans! We’re excited to spend the evening serving others, spreading kindness, and showing appreciation for those who have served our country.

Our Loudon County 4-H Livestock Judging team has hit the road as they prepare for the American Royal Livestock Judging Contest!

We would like to extend a huge thank you to our team sponsors for their incredible support of our 4-H’ers and the Loudon County livestock judging program.

A special thank you to our coaches, Emily Ivey Johnson and Kollin Johnson, for investing their time, knowledge, and energy into preparing this team for success. We are so grateful for all you do for our 4-H’ers!

We would also like to thank the University of Tennessee Livestock Judging Team for allowing our team to join them for livestock workouts in Oklahoma.

Congratulations to Denver Webb for winning Premier Exhibitor in the Explorer division at the TN State 4-H Dairy Show!

Denver’s heifer, Luna, was named Grand Champion Grade Heifer and he received 1st place in the skillathon contest!
