Join Phi Delta Epsilon in welcoming back our District of Columbia (DC) Alpha chapter at Howard University!

Chartered on August 28, 2026, by International President, Anish Ghodadra, DC Gamma President, Kirti Dhinakaran, and Maryland Alpha President, Deven Patel, we initiated 40 founding members.

We celebrate our newest fraters and are grateful for their leadership. Special thanks to Kiarah Tillery, Governing Chapter Coordinator, for her inspirational guidance over the past year and a half. 💜

For Member Monday, we’re introducing our new Board member, Dr. Sirus Saeedipour! 🩺

A longtime PhiDE member, Dr. Saeedipour has served as President of our Kansas Alpha chapter and as the Premedical Student Representative to the International Fraternity Board.

He continued his involvement as a member of the Epsilon Omicron chapter at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and through his work on the Personnel Committee. 🔬

This year, he’s excited to help expand resources for our members while bringing an AI and medical informatics perspective to PhiDE.

🌟His advice to his premed self? “Say yes to the opportunities that scare you a little. The confidence comes after you do the thing, not before!”
