! We’re taking a quick trip down memory lane. Long before Christina became the Director of Development at the Chatfield Edge, she was a bright young girl ready to make her mark.

The Chatfield Edge’s Director of Development, Christina Mullis, is a mission-driven higher education and nonprofit leader with extensive experience in admissions, recruitment, marketing, fundraising, and organizational leadership. A first-generation college student herself, Christina holds a Master of Business Administration from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Xavier University. This is the highest level of recognition offered by Candid (formerly GuideStar) signaling to our financial supporters that TCE publicly shares comprehensive operational metrics, strategic goals, and board demographics. Fewer than one percent of U.S. nonprofits achieve this top tier!

Sr. Phyllis Kemper has found herself drawn to people who need someone to believe in them. “As mentors, we haven’t walked in this person’s shoes. It’s important to be non-judgmental and let the person know we really care about them. It’s not just a project we’re doing,” she said. Her path to service led her to The Chatfield Edge.
