Do YOU need to build stress relief into your schedule? 🌱

MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is an evidence-based, structured program formulated to facilitate the cultivation of mindfulness through the use of specific meditative practices such as body scans, mindful breathing, gentle movement and stretches, and mindful walking.

Time commitment: Virtual meetings on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. + an All-DAY hybrid retreat on October 24th.

The purpose of TeMPO is to facilitate interdisciplinary relationships among faculty to discuss teaching and create a culture that will help foster the participation of all departments in more consistent and high-quality peer observation and review.
