Cultivating student success since 2003, the Rawls Career Management Center empowers students by helping them Prep, Connect, Get Hired, and Succeed. Prep: Provide professional knowledge and tools through coaching, workshops, and events to equip students for career success. Connect: Collaborate with employer partners to create networking and career opportunities. Get Hired: Assist students in the recruiting process with resources such as Handshake, on-campus interviews, and career fairs. Succeed: Encourage confidence through established professional skills allowing students to thrive in the workplace.

One week later, and we’re still celebrating an incredible Career Fair — and a record-breaking year for attendance! With 1,857 total attendees, this was our largest Career Fair yet.

A huge thank you to the employers, students, faculty, staff, and CMC team who helped make this Career Fair such a success. We’re proud to create opportunities for Rawls students to connect with employers, build relationships, and take the next step toward their careers.

This was a record-breaking year for attendance, and we’re incredibly grateful to the 139 employers who joined us and the 1,857 students who showed up ready to connect, explore opportunities, and take the next step in their careers.

As a CMC Ambassador, you’ll have the chance to represent the Rawls Career Management Center, connect with your peers, and gain experience that can help you grow professionally. 💼✨

✅ Eligibility
• Full-time undergraduate student in the Rawls College of Business (12+ hours)
• Minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA
• Available for at least one full academic year (2 semesters)

📅 Applications are DUE Friday, October 30 at 5:00 PM!
