As part of the Pursuit of Prime campaign, the New Deal Farm is on the shortlist of sites for renovation to support faculty, researchers and students with improved facilities. Alexandre Rocateli, Ph.D., associate professor of integrated crop and livestock systems at Davis College, said the goal right now is to collaborate with the New Deal’s Research Team to develop functional, modern buildings that meet current research, teaching and outreach standards.
