Congratulations to all of our Liberty University Army ROTC Cadets who successfully completed Cadet Summer Training at Fort Knox this summer!

Through weeks of demanding training, 30 of our Cadets put their leadership, resilience, and determination to the test—and rose to the challenge. We are incredibly proud of what they accomplished and look forward to seeing them bring those experiences back to the Eagle Battalion as they continue their journey toward commissioning.

On May 16, the Class of 2026 was officially commissioned as Second Lieutenants in the United States Army.

We could not be more proud of all they have accomplished and the leaders they have become. Through years of hard work, discipline, resilience, and unwavering commitment, these officers have earned the privilege and responsibility of leading America’s Soldiers.

As they step forward to serve our Nation, we are confident they will represent both Liberty University and the United States Army with professionalism, character, and excellence.

On Monday, our Ranger Challenge team completed the Order of Movement formation, 5 mini events used to determine each team’s starting position for the upcoming competition. This formation tested dedication, physical endurance, and attention to detail, requiring cadets to move efficiently through each event. Through repetition and refinement, cadets demonstrated adaptability and cohesion, ultimately placing 19th overall out of 48 teams. Following the completion of OOM, cadets transitioned directly into two additional days of focused training in preparation for the competition weekend. Training emphasized refining techniques, reinforcing fundamentals, and strengthening team coordination to ensure readiness across all evaluated events. This progression highlighted the importance of disciplined preparation, teamwork, and continuous improvement as cadets prepared to compete Friday through Sunday.
