When Matthew Viscuso '29 was choosing a college, he knew exactly what he was looking for: a place where he could continue playing soccer while learning in a close-knit academic community. He found both at the University of Lynchburg.

Thanks so much to the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services’ Fi***rm Violence Intervention and Prevention Fund, for providing supplemental funding to increase the current grant from $200,000 to $500,000 for the Good Gangs program.

A grant supplement from the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services’ enabled the program to expand its reach.
