In November 2012, Lynwood Unified voters overwhelmingly passed the District's $93 million Measure K bond, which is helping to fund repairs, renovations and modernization projects at all 18 of our campuses, 11 of which were built between 61 and 85 years ago. Improvements include repairing deteriorating roofs, classrooms, auditoriums, electrical wiring, fences, lighting and other longstanding facilities problems. The bond is also funding the construction of two new classroom building projects at Washing and Lincoln elementary schools.

Through this bond, we are upgrading classroom technology, science laboratories and job training equipment so Lynwood students can compete in a 21st century world.
