Stop by the garden any time Friday to help us finish off this years harvest. We'll be putting together a sale table at that evenings showing of A Place at the Table. Proceeds will go towards Turkey-A-thon to support Washington County Food Pantries.

Hello gardeners. This is your short, daily reminder that KGI's Sow It Forward program could really use your vote here:

I was away for a couple days speaking at events in New York and Vermont and our entry has dropped from 2nd place into 3rd. Drats!

If we can manage to win, we'll use the $5000 grant to offer more grants to school and community gardens. The garden featured here is an elementary school garden project we supported this year in Hawaii. Cute!

Do you think everyone should be able to enjoy real food? We do too and we're working hard to win a $5000 grant that will allow more people--children, seniors, single moms, low-income families--to eat from healthy gardens next year. You can help us achieve this goal by voting for our Sow It Forward program in an online contest. Thanks for your support, Roger, KGI Here's the link: http://tcfcu.meltwaterrise.com/entry/604557
