Last night, WIU students and staff came together for an important conversation about food insecurity and the impact it can have on college students.

Dr. Emily Shupe, alongside students and staff, hosted a screening of Learning Hungry, a documentary highlighting the work of the WIU Food Pantry and the ongoing effort to ensure students have access to the food and resources they need to succeed.

We are proud to see our WIU community coming together to learn, advocate, and take action on an issue that directly impacts student well-being and success. 💜💛

Tuesday evening at Stipes Hall, students saw a documentary filmed involving several students from the campus sharing their experiences in college with food insecurity.
