Great new national programs available to members of our chapter!

🌟 The future of Phi Eta Sigma starts here.

We're excited to introduce two new national initiatives designed to make the Phi Eta Sigma experience more accessible, engaging, and impactful than ever before.

Elevate Forward is our new signature national experience - a weeklong virtual event that brings together members from across the country for leadership development, career preparation, networking, recognition, and more. Best of all, it's completely free for students and chapters.

The XXIII Leadership Institute is Phi Eta Sigma's premier leadership experience. Each year, just 23 outstanding students will be selected as Leadership Fellows to participate in an immersive program focused on leadership, purpose, professional growth, and building lifelong connections.

Both opportunities reflect our continued commitment to helping members elevate with honor while creating meaningful experiences that prepare students for success far beyond the classroom.

Lots of great things continue to happen on a national level that support our work on a local level! It’s a terrific organization and wonderful way to celebrate academic achievement!

🌟 Board Member Spotlight: Tony Kemp

For more than two decades, Tony Kemp has helped shape the Phi Eta Sigma experience through his service as a chapter advisor, national board member, and Advisor Representative.

Tony's favorite part of serving the Society is celebrating students' academic achievements alongside their families and helping create meaningful experiences that recognize their hard work and dedication.

His advice:

Growth doesn’t always have to be busy or loud. Sometimes, the most meaningful progress comes from slowing down, taking care of yourself, and allowing time to rest, reset, and recharge. 💛

Whether you’re recovering from a demanding semester or simply making space to breathe, remember that rest is productive too - and caring for yourself is part of preparing for what’s next.

New “second-chance” members from Summer 2025 and members from Fall 2025: if you never picked up your certificate and cord, we think you’re going to want them. Please stop by Academic and Advising Services on the first floor of Langdale Hall from 9 AM until 4 PM, Monday through Friday, to pick up yours today! (The organization will not be responsible for abandoned items after Spring 2026.)
