Alpha Phi Alpha Rites of Passage Epsilon Beta Lambda Chapter The Rites of Passage Program Consequently, after the ceremonial graduation we will continue to track and observe each candidate through college.

In promoting the positive development of our African American youth, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Epsilon Beta Lambda has developed a curriculum that addresses itself to their exceptional needs. This curriculum penetrates the racist norms which invade our society and gives our African American youth the opportunity to maximize their development in spite of its adverse and imparied influence.

We do not anticipate that this program will saturate the African American community over night, therefore we recognize the need for continual tracking of the youth participating in the program.
