Mercer University Department of Human-Centered Information Design Located in Mercer's School of Engineering, we offer the B.S. in Human-Centered Information Design and the M.S. in Technical Communication Management

We are the Technical Communication department in the School of Engineering at Mercer University. We have an undergraduate Bachelor's degree program and an online Master's in Technical Communication Management designed for working professionals. Our professors include Dr. Pam Brewer, Dr. Jennifer Goode, Dr. Phil Gallagher, Dr. Bremen Vance, Prof. Lisa Newman, and Dr. Susan Codone. We focus on technical communication, writing, editing, media, usability, instructional design, and international technical communication.
