The Vet Tech Program is looking for a casual lab coordinator for Fall 2026.

The veterinary Technician Program at Madison College is looking for a motivated Certified Veterinary Technician with a passion for the profession to assist our instructors in teaching vet tech students. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively while working with a diverse community of students and staff.

The position is part-time (20-24 hours per week) during the second half of the fall semester and will start in mid-October.

Minimum requirements are at least 2 years of experience in the veterinary field, a valid vet tech license in the state of Wisconsin and must be current on continuing education requirements.

The Madison College School of Health Sciences is seeking a casual lab coordinator to support the dental clinic. This position will perform a variety of tasks,

Including:
- Uploading and sending X-rays
- Scheduling patients
- Handling medical forms
- Helping with sterilization procedures
- Checking patients in for their appointments
- Assisting faculty

To qualify for this position, you need to have graduated from a WTCS dental assisting program and have 2,000 hours of chairside assisting experience, and or an RDH, be able to multitask, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Preferred qualification: Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
