Cultural immersion is an important part of language learning! WISLI's students celebrated its culture with an Indonesian cooking class. Instructors led students in “buying ingredients” from a mock market, and then they split into groups to make nasi goreng (fried rice)!

What does an international career actually look like? 🌍

At our Launching Your International Career workshop, WISLI students learned strategies for identifying opportunities, building networks, and finding a path that aligns with their goals.

In this clip, workshop facilitator and Intern Abroad Advisor Amani D.—also a SEASSI alum—reminds students that international work isn’t limited to one field or location, and that it’s okay not to have the perfect path figured out yet.
