Each fall, the Department of Medical Physics hosts the John R. Cameron Symposium. It is an opportunity to recognize John Cameron, an incredible medical physics leader, and to hear from new leaders doing extraordinary work.

This year, we welcome medical physics alum María-Ester Brandan, PhD. Brandan studied under Professor Paul DeLuca and will be giving a talk titled "Quantification in Contrast-Enhanced Mammography.” Please join us at 4 p.m.!

Congratulations to Campbell Haasch and Jiayi Tang for receiving this year’s Standard Imaging Travel Award! Now in its 17th year, this award supports medical physics graduate students attending AAPM, and includes a 3D-printed model of a Standard Imaging, Inc. phantom.
