Pepperdine Special Education Advocacy Clinic 2002-2017 Pepperdine Law School eliminated the PSEAC and Special Education Law Course in 2017 Professor Peterson is now at USC Gould School of Law.

The Pepperdine Special Education Advocacy Clinic was eliminated by the Pepperdine Law School in 2017, along with its Special Education Law course.

Professor Richard Peterson, who directed the clinic for more than 15 years is now at the USC Gould School of Law where is serves as Director of the USC Gould Center for Dispute Resolution. One of the first things Peterson did at USC was to establish a dynamic course in Special Education Law and Dispute Resolution which is presently taught by Richard Erhard, who has over 35 years of experience in the field of special education law, policy, and dispute resolution.

This page continues to exist to honor the dedication and hard work of all law students who made the PSEAC so successful and earned the respect and appreciation of the parents and students we served for more than 15 years.
