While in Ikaria, Greece, Wendy Abbott got to experience the everyday routines, traditions, meals, music, and community that are part of life there. It was a chance to see how much we can learn by being part of a place, not just reading about it.

Welcome back, Wildcats! 💜 Last week, before a single class had even started, our advising team sat down with a room full of new freshmen and transfer students for a Welcome Session. Today, that room officially becomes a semester, and we could not be more excited to watch this group settle into the School of Human Sciences.

Elizabeth Deay came to K-State undeclared. Today, she is headed to Physician Assistant School.

After changing her major, she became a Certified Nursing Assistant, and explored the healthcare field in ways that helped her find the career she wanted to pursue.

Today, she is taking the next step toward Physician Assistant School at K-State.
