If you’re experiencing problems accessing your MCC email, please use a personal email and contact [email protected] where our IT Team will be happy to assist.

MCC Family, our email system is moving from Gmail to Outlook! Your MCC email address and password will stay the same, but you’ll now access your email at outlook.office.com or through the Outlook mobile app. If prompted, do NOT use Google to authenticate. This will disrupt email service.

Alumni accounts will continue to provide access to email, calendars, and contacts, so you can still use those services after the transition. Please take time now to download any files you want to keep from your Google Drive, OneDrive, or any shared drives.

We’re glad you’ll still be able to use your MCC email and stay connected to the MCC community. If you need help, contact helpdesk@ mccks.edu for technical issues or [email protected] with questions about the transition.
