After 64 years of service, the Kansas State University Call Hall Dairy Plant is undergoing a major renovation. This project began in June 2025 and marks an exciting new chapter for the facility.

The renovation includes significant upgrades to the plant's electrical, plumbing, HVAC, power, freezer/cooler systems, and dairy processing equipment. A new research and development section is also being added to support innovation and hands-on experience.

These improvements will strengthen the dairy processing plant's teaching and research capabilities, expand production capacity, and help prepare the next generation of dairy professionals while supporting the future of Kansas dairy.
